My internet was out for a while yesterday so I’ve been editing a lot of videos. I’ll be uploading them this weekend!
I got my annual renter’s refund deposited today so I started a savings account. Perhaps as soon as 2020 I’m planning to fly south from MN to Nashville TN and attend CMA Fest (aka Fan Fair) with my 1 day older than me cousin! Its going to be next to impossible to return unless its already very hot & humid there haha! I’m hoping to also get to the CMT Awards which kick off the festival! I’ll be flying solo to Nashville then have her pick me up from the airport since she lives near the TN line in north GA.
I’m going to have to update my ID to get on the plane in MN. I’m planning on booking my non-stop flight with Southwest since it would be 2 hours (normally about 2 1/2 hrs to Atlanta). I’ll talk with the cousin closer to the onsale for 2020 if it looks like I have enough to cover my ticket and my share of the cost of the motel room without relying too heavily on the credit card. Of course when I’m that close to home I may be flying into Nashville and flying out of Atlanta so I can get to GA to see everyone so I plan on going for at least 7 days.
When I file my return for the next 2 years I’ll have them direct deposited to my savings account and put a little more in when I’m able to every 2-3 months. I’ve only been to day-long fan club parties and I miss Nashville. I have to report my income to the exact or nearest penny for my low income benefits so I went with the traditional savings account instead of an additional checking account for that reason. I can transfer $ between checking and savings when I’m ready.
