I have been asked many, many, MANY times how I got my cut out, where I got it, etc. Well here is the story.

I just went to the Pilot truck stop McDonald’s (where I worked) to eat, and after I ate lo and behold someone who knew I liked him pointed out the Kenny cut out to me! I got really excited about it, I constantly talked to all of the Pilot managers (when I wasn’t working) about it, wrote my name on the back of it (in green sharpie) defended it from anyone who wanted to take it, put Kenny’s cds in customers’ hands, and I did all of that in between my work schedule! I kept on it for 14 days straight until finally the manager pulled me aside before work and said the words I’d waited to hear those 2 weeks, “TAKE HIM!” so that’s just what I did! Unfortunately since I was starting my work shift they wouldn’t let me bring it home or take it to my car, so I had to keep it in the manager’s office. There was a window that I could peek in to see if a manager was in there, when I wasn’t busy I was looking through that window just so I could see Kenny. That’s all there was to getting it without ending up in jail, it still stands in my bedroom by my daybed unless I’m playing his cds, then it’s in front of my stereo!

To this day I’m still trying to meet him, get it signed, and get my picture taken with the 2 of them. *Did get it signed in person at the 40 Watt Club in Athens, GA on 2-11-06!

Nobody will ever steal it from me in public because I have a good grip on it. To this day I’m still thanking the manager!

2-11-06 Got cardboard Kenny signed at the Keg in the Closet tour stop in Athens, GA!!! Saturday will be 2 years since I brought him home lol, our anniversary aww!

On 9/11/07 I went to the Longhorn party in Atlanta with other Kenny fans. After eating lunch I had to follow Mr Cruzan man over near the kitchen and he pulled out a brand new cardboard Kenny just for me! The only thing I had to do to get him was give him a kiss, so I did just that right on his cardboard lips in front of everyone there! I was waiting on them to say “Ladies & gentlemen this is a special day as Mr and Mrs Kenny Chesney are here with us” hahaha! Then my Mom won the 1st signed guitar of the day, signed by both Kenny and Kracker! What’s even cooler is I had a guitar pick from last year’s Keg show to add to it so everything is in that case guitar wise.

I’ve been with the first one for 4 wonderful years, and the 2nd one we are coming to our 1 year anniversary on Sept 8 this year! Who needs a boyfriend when I have the 2 perfect guys already.
