I was born in 1982 so I can remember the late 80’s fairly well. I grew up at the roller skating rink as in I went so much that I had my own pair of skates. I did ok at skating forward but the turns often made me fall.

When Taylor released 1989 about a year ago I knew the tour would be based on that, so I spent my time collecting 80’s costume accessories (leg warmers, gloves without fingers, scrunchies etc). I found my pink sequin sweater my dad had sent me a few years ago. I bought a plain neon yellow T-shirt and made it my own. I added battery powered lights to my poster as if it were a Lite Brite. I was totally original with my look and got compliments on it.
