Here is the first e-mail I got. I heard her first song on the radio and looked her up all the way to her official web site. I signed the guestbook that was on there at the time (it was the scrapbook web site). I added an entry with my e-mail address & name, and it wasn’t long before I got this reply from a young 16 year old Taylor herself!
“Hey Jennifer, thanks so much for writing and sorry it took so long for me to write back. I’m still on radio tour and sometimes that means hitting two cities a day. It’s crazy but I love it. I’m so glad you took the time to tell me all about everything you’re doing for those other artists. That’s really cool of you to do that for them. As far as a fan club goes, we are looking into it and want to make sure when we do one, we offer something for everyone and we do it right. We are looking at some people here in Nashville to keep it close to home, but your email was so sweet and I appreciate you thinking of me. I do read all my emails but it’s gettting almost impossible for me to write back everyone. I will keep trying though because I really love hearing from you. Lately I’ve doing concerts with Phil Vassar, Steve Azar, Emerson Drive and Gary Nichols. These guys are so nice to me and Gary actually got me up to do a duet with him at the last show we did. I hope I get to come to a show in your part of the country soon.

I was so blown away when I got the first e-mail that I sent one back and got this one. This is the last personal e-mail I got from her. Her first CD was about to be released and she never e-mailed me again after this second one.
“Hey Jennifer, Hey Jeremy, thanks for writing and sorry it took so long for me toget back to you. My album comes out in less than 2 weeks and my schedule is crazy. But I really love to read the emails and answer them myselfso it takes longer to do that. I am definitely going to try to get to the movies to see Tim in the Flicka movie. I’ve heard it’s great.
I’ve been out on the road a lot doing shows and visiting radio stations and on Oct. 24(the day my album hits stores) I’ll be on Good Morning America and the Megan Mullally show. Then GAC is going to air a 30 minute special on me and wow… it’s getting crazy but I’m really having fun and just want to thank you for being a part of that. Thanks for thinking of me and if you want you can call your radio stations and ask them to play “Tim McGraw” and then go on GAC and vote for the video everyday. I can’t wait for you to hear all of the songs on the album and let me know what your favorites are.
