I was working on editing a photo or video when my main external storage drive FAILED on me. I tried everything I could at home and a local repair shop, no dice. So I shipped it to a recovery place in Eden Prairie. They originally wanted like $700 but through e-mail negotiations I talked them down to $500 with a 10% discount which knocked off another $50. All my concert photos are on it as well as sentimental family photos & design files. I’m currently setting up on google photos and google drive for an online backup that won’t fail me!
